Title: Optimization Manager
Reports to: COO
Position Purpose:
Perfect Market is seeking a full-time Optimization Manager to help improve the profitability of their customer accounts over time. In essence, this individual will have profit and loss responsibility for one or more customer accounts and will work to improve profits by analyzing results, directing the resources necessary to improve the search engine and social media marketing campaigns, improving site design and optimizing advertising placements for each customer account. Requirements/Qualities:
- Highly focused and self-motivated individual.
- 6+ years of Internet experience / 2+ years of web marketing experience (primarily Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization a plus).
- BA/BS required, MBA a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Expert understanding of search engine technology.
- Proven communication and project management skills.
- Operation of own website a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Business Objects a plus.
- Should have strong experience using Excel for analysis, experience with PowerPoint a plus.
- Experience with financial analysis a plus.
